Refund policy

No cancellations or refunds accepted. Exchanges accepted for a product of equal value or store credit within 7 days of delivery if: (1) the product is in brand new condition and has not been played on, (2) the product is in the original packaging, (3) the customer pays return shipping for returned product. Returns accepted in exchange for a store credit code. Shipping is non-refundable. A return payment fee of $35 will be incurred for any returned payment.

Any product damage due to shipping or otherwise, or product defect must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. Original product packaging must be saved in order to file a damage claim. Contact CustomerService@XymoxDrumCo.com (within 5 days of receiving the product) to report any issue with your order for a repair or replacement of the product.
