Xymox has been making Drum Set Mutes for over 20 years. In our early days as an OEM manufacturer, we made Drum Set Mutes and Pads for Vic Firth, Promark, Yamaha, Innovative Percussion and more. Our graphic mutes are laminated using actual drumhead material. This laminated sponge mute gives a better attack and tonal sound while still muting the drum. To explain it best, they just sound cool! If you prefer you can also flip the mute over and play directly on the sponge side for a more traditional old-school style.
